Shipping Policy

You can place an order at Best-Batteries website 24/7. But the all the orders are dispatched Monday to Friday during regular business hours. If the order was placed Friday evening to Sunday, it will be shipped the next Monday, unless it is a bank holiday.

Once you have placed an order you will be emailed with a confirmation that the order was received. This email notification will also contain your order number.

The freight and sipping fees are paid by the customer side. Best-Batteries is only obliged to organize the shipping process to the address stated by the customer. We use UPS Ground for most packages, although occasionally we will us USPS (i.e. if the delivery address is a PO Box). The customer is responsible for paying the freight, insurance, and other related fees.

Delivery

All products are shipped discreetly in a plain mailing bag or box, with no indication as to the contents, or reference to our company. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.

Products that are currently in stock are normally dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of your cleared payment.

Damage In transit

It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect your claim against the carrier.

Shortage

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.

Incorrect Goods

Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.

Non deliveries

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date.
We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale.
